We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both manual testing and basic automation, working closely with the development and product teams to deliver high-quality releases.

Responsibilities & Duties
- Analyze requirements, user stories, and technical documentation.
- Design, develop, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
- Perform manual testing including Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, and UI/UX testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as Jira, Trello, or Bugzilla.
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and validate fixes.
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-platform testing for web and mobile.
- Execute API testing using Postman/Swagger.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium / Cypress / Playwright.
- Work with automation frameworks such as PyTest, TestNG, or Page Object Model (POM).
- Automate repetitive scenarios and assist in regression automation.
- Generate detailed test execution reports and ensure defects are resolved before deployment.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to process improvements.
Skill-set we are looking for
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in manual testing.
- Basic experience with automation testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Defect Life Cycle.
- Ability to write clear and comprehensive test cases.
- Basic SQL knowledge for data validation.
- Familiarity with bug-tracking and test management tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with Python/Java automation frameworks (PyTest, TestNG).
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Performance testing basics (JMeter, k6).
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
